About the role:

 

Excelize Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage and coordinate multiple construction and BIM-related projects from concept to completion. This role involves working closely with offshore teams, analyzing project data, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design software, cost estimation, construction schedules, and quality assurance protocols.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze drawings, maps, and survey data to produce accurate models and construction documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate multiple client projects and deliverables.

  • Serve as an on-site modeler, managing field activities and ensuring quality outputs.

  • Develop project specifications, cost estimates, and subcontractor packages.

  • Lead BIM teams and delegate production tasks while reviewing quality and compliance.

  • Track labor, materials, and costs across various stages of construction.

  • Conduct client meetings, report progress, and document changes or risks.

  • Maintain QA/QC documentation and risk management procedures.

  • Utilize tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Primavera for project execution.

Candidate requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing construction projects over $35M.

  • Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Planswift, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong BIM skills: ability to convert 2D to 3D, create shop drawings, and manage models.

  • Willingness to travel or relocate 100% to client sites across the U.S.

  • Must be detail-oriented with leadership skills and the ability to manage offshore teams.

  • Salary: $101,000 – $110,000 annually.

  • Work Type: Full-time, on-site (not a remote role).

  • Travel: All travel costs covered by employer.
