Schedule and coordinate multiple client projects and deliverables.

Serve as an on-site modeler, managing field activities and ensuring quality outputs.

Develop project specifications, cost estimates, and subcontractor packages.

Lead BIM teams and delegate production tasks while reviewing quality and compliance.

Track labor, materials, and costs across various stages of construction.

Conduct client meetings, report progress, and document changes or risks.

Maintain QA/QC documentation and risk management procedures.

Utilize tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Primavera for project execution.

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing construction projects over $35M.

Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Planswift, and Microsoft Office.

Strong BIM skills: ability to convert 2D to 3D, create shop drawings, and manage models.

Willingness to travel or relocate 100% to client sites across the U.S.

Must be detail-oriented with leadership skills and the ability to manage offshore teams.

Salary: $101,000 – $110,000 annually.

Work Type: Full-time, on-site (not a remote role).
